As you may or may not be aware, this year Portland Website Co. is walking in the Walk To End Alzheimer’s in Greater Portland on Saturday, September 22nd in Payson Park. These walks take place all over the country, with the eventual hope that a cure for Alzheimer’s will be found. Did you know that 5 million Americans have already been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s? By the year 2050, over 100 million people worldwide will have Alzheimer’s. That number alone is why we must find a cure for this disease! Our team this year is called The Portland Web Walkers and for every $10 that’s donated, you’ll be entered to win prizes in our raffle! Keep reading to learn just what you could win from this year’s generous sponsors!

This will be a night you’ll never forget!
Fore Street Restaurant, Portland: 2 dinner entrees
When it comes to Portland’s amazing food scene, Fore Street is one of the first restaurants that started it all. You’ll definitely want to win this raffle prize from Fore Street for 2 dinner entrees. Open since 1996, Fore Street is widely regarded as one of the best restaurants in the Northeast, and is frequently named as one of the original farm to table innovators in Maine. Enjoy entrees like wood oven roasted Maine mussels in a garlic almond butter, or a wood grilled natural hanger steak, which are both always available on the menu. Most of the menu changes daily, to make sure everything is as fresh as possible.
